I have been in private practice as a criminal defense attorney in Indiana since 1995, handling the most serious of criminal cases
including violent crime such as murder, manslaughter, robbery, battery and weapons and firearm charges; allegations involving rape,
criminal deviant conduct, sexual misconduct, child pornogrpaphy, sexual battery and child molesting, as well as property crimes alleging
burglary, residential entry, fraud, theft or forgery.
A large part of my practice is devoted to defending persons charged with drug
and narcotics offenses, including trafficking and conspiracy cases involving cocaine, heroin LSD, ecstasy or other drugs; cases alleging
the manufacturing of methamphetamine, meth labs and possession cases of all sizes. In some situations these cases have at their
core serious issues of substance abuse and addiction. In those cases I will make every effort to secure drug treatment and rehabilitation
for those that can benfit from it.
I am a member of the NORML Legal Committee, a legal advisory committee to the National
Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, and as such I am committed to defending marijuana cases of all kinds, from
large trafficking and cultivation cases, to felony charges of dealing in marijuana to misdemeanor cases for possession of marijuana
or possession of paraphernalia.
