If you or a loved one stands accused of a crime, hiring a lawyer can be the most important step in your defense. As you begin your search for an attorney you will find there are many to choose from. Each brings a certain level of experience and each has his or her own style and approach to the law. For this reason it is a good idea to speak to as many lawyers as you can before making such vital decision. It is important not only to find someone that is qualified to handle your case, but also someone whose approach you are comfortable with and, just as importantly, someone with whom you can communicate. Your choice of an attorney should be given serious consideration, but the earlier you contact and retain an attorney, the greater protection you receive when it comes to preserving and asserting your rights. When you contact our office we will make every effort to answer any questions you may have and will be happy to meet with you to discuss your situation. There is never a charge or obligation for an initial consultation with our firm.
As a criminal defense lawyer, my practice is limited to the handling of criminal matters. I believe that every person charged with a criminal offense deserves to be treated fairly under the law. I believe that everyone deserves to be considered innocent until proven guilty, that everyone is entitled to a fair trial and that everyone deserves to have his or her Constitutional Rights vigorously protected. Those persons who stand accused should have a lawyer that is willing and able to fight for them and to ensure that they are treated with fairness and respect throughout the legal process. I will fight to protect your rights against illegal search and seizure and other violations of your Constitutional Rights in all types of criminal matters including drug or narcotics offenses, violent crimes, weapons charges, sex offenses, juvenile offenses, and all other felony level offenses as well as criminal appeals in both State and Federal cases and Post-Conviction Relief (PCR) and sentence modifications.
