While some law firms practice in many areas of the law, I focus my practice entirely of criminal defense and civil rights cases. As a criminal defense lawyer, I have represented clients in State and Federal Courts all over Indiana facing all types of serious criminal felony and misdemeanor charges, including violent crimes such as murder, manslaughter, battery, robbery, intimidation and weapons cases; sex crimes such as sexual battery, rape, sexual misconduct with a minor, and accusations of child molestation; property crimes such as forgery, theft, burglary or receiving stolen property and driving offenses including drunk driving OWI/DUI, driving while suspended and habitual traffic violator (HTV).
